Prices include VAT and are indicative. The final price depends on the model, the damage and the parts, and is always stated in the quote beforehand.

Frequently asked questions
What does a diagnosis cost?
A first estimate based on photos is free. A full crash diagnosis costs from €29 and is deducted if you go ahead with the repair.
How long does a repair take?
That mainly depends on parts availability. As a guide: usually 3–7 working days after approval. The quote states an estimated turnaround.
How do I ship my drone safely?
Preferably use the original box or a sturdy box with enough padding. Remove the propellers and only ship batteries according to the carrier's rules.
Do I get a warranty?
The warranty terms for the repair and the installed parts are stated in the quote. New crash damage is not covered.
Do my photos and videos on the drone stay private?
Yes. We don't look at your footage. To be safe, remove your microSD card before handing in the drone.
What if a repair isn't worth it?
Then we'll tell you honestly. You only pay for a diagnosis, if any, and get your drone back.
Can I drop off or pick up my drone in Rotterdam?
Yes, by appointment. Contact us first via the form or by email; then we'll schedule a time. Outside Rotterdam you can ship your drone.
Are parts included in the price?
For propellers and arm & hinge repair (from €79) a standard part, labour and a test flight are included. For other repairs, parts are listed separately in the quote, including the type of part we use.
About Seagull Drone Lab
Seagull Drone Lab is a new, small-scale drone repair service in Rotterdam. We work carefully, communicate clearly and are honest about what a repair costs and whether it's worth it.
Because the workshop is home-based, drop-off and pick-up are by appointment only, after contact via the form or by email.
